Reece Roberson is an innovative, purpose-driven HR leader who has dedicated his professional career to discovering new and better ways to build and inspire high performing and emotionally connected organizations. He is currently the vice president of talent and learning at Interface, the world’s leading manufacturer of modular flooring and global leader in sustainability. Roberson joined Interface in 2015 as vice president of HR for the Americas, and in 2017 was asked to build a global L&D and talent management function focused on developing the capabilities necessary to deliver on the business’s strategic imperatives. In these roles, Roberson has worked closely with the senior leadership team to implement global solutions inclusive of leadership development, change management, talent planning processes, reshaping performance management, sales training/development, culture improvement initiatives and new employee experiences. Prior to joining Interface, Roberson was at Home Depot for 13 years and held a variety of leadership roles across HR, learning, and talent management. Additionally, Roberson worked for six years in higher education in the areas of student leadership development and campus activities.
